Community Shop

everal people have asked whether better use could be made of the Committee Room at Kelsale by creating a community shop there. This is a distinct possibility. The shop would have to be staffed by local "volunteers" in a rota, who, initially at least,  could only expect minimal wages.

Please make your views  known to the Parish Councillors so that they can consider this at a convenient meeting. Most people feel this would be an obvious companion for the Post Office and could, of course, even house an Internet computer facility.

Fireworks  2003

any people sent me photos that they had taken of the Fireworks Display. I am indebted to John Ledger for this atmospheric "time-lapse" view of some rockets on the left, a Roman Candle on the right, and Martyn Goodwin and myself in serious peril in the middle.
